Careers

Let's create a healthier future together

At RBI, we are dedicated to bridging gaps in access, advancing standards of care, and empowering communities. We strive to provide each of our patients with the best-in-class specialist care and compassion they deserve.

RBI is currently selecting talented professionals who are eager to join a thriving physician-owned group that prioritizes collaboration and the highest standards of care.  RBI seeks “blue-chip” physicians who are practicing at the top of their license.  Our team values individuals who are committed to working together, supporting one another, and delivering exceptional care to the sickest of the sick.  We are uniquely concierge, focused on building lasting client and patient relationships.

RBI’s team of specialists receive consistent and effusive client and patient expressions of validation and gratitude at bedside and in our clinics. This has become the reward that our professionals find most valuable and compelling in their work with RBI.

RBI utilizes a fee-for-service compensation model that undertakes no payor risk. Our providers are FMV compensated for their skill, welcome (eagerly) all patients (without regard to payment source), and engage consultations and care planning without the impediment, complication or consideration of how reimbursement may otherwise influence what is best for the patient.

If you’re a team player who is looking for a long-term opportunity, we’d love to welcome you to our dedicated and supportive team. Let’s create a healthier future together!
